Terms & Conditions for Registration and Use of Services of the Casino Imperator Internet Gaming Portal (further just "casino")

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and make sure that you fully understand them before agreeing to be bound by them.

Basic rules

1) Eligibility to Play

Access to the casino and the use of its services is permitted only to persons who, in the territory of the state of their permanent residence, have reached the age of majority as set by the laws of that state.

A person who meets this basic condition is called player (further just “player”).

A player guarantees that he or she meets the conditions of eligibility for the use of casino’s services in accordance with the laws of the country of which he or she is a resident or citizen.

2) Prohibition of Participation of Some Categories of Persons

The following persons are prohibited from the use of services of the casino: Employees of the Agora Ltd. Company, i.e., the operator of the casino; employees of daughter companies of the Agora Ltd.; employees of companies whose ownership is connected with any of these companies; their business partners and their employees; persons providing technical support for the casino’s operation and their family members.

3) Multiple Accounts Prohibition

Each player has the right to register for and use one and only one playing account. If the use of multiple accounts by one person were detected, the casino’s operator reserves the right to transfer all of player’s credit to one of his or her playing accounts and cancel the remaining accounts. All bonuses and wins gained by registering for or using multiple playing accounts shall be cancelled, and that includes bonuses gained before opening the second or any subsequent playing account. In case of repeated attempts to open a second or subsequent playing account, casino reserves the right to ban such person from the use of casino’s services.

4) Accountability for Losses

Casino’s operator is not responsible for losses and/or damage due to
-- force majeure;
-- technical problems not originating at the casino’s site;
-- slow or intermittent internet connection or connection’s failure;
-- loss of player’s access to his or her playing account not due to casino’s operation but rather to other events (e.g., forgetting access information).

5) Protection and Storage of Personal Data

A player is aware that his or her personal information provided in the course of registration is stored and administered by the casino’s operator for statistical and marketing purposes of the casino. Casino’s operator guarantees to the person who provided his or her personal data that this data shall be kept secure and private.

6) Copyright

All rights to the casino, playing system, individual games, logo, and other elements used in the casino are reserved to the casino’s operator and are subject to legal protection.

7) Ownership of the Credit

For the currency of his or her cash account, a player can buy virtual currency, “Imperators”, at 1 Imperator :1 USD rate This virtual money shall then be used for gaming in individual games. The total sum of investment in all games played at a particular time cannot exceed the value of Imperators on player's account (further just 'credit').

All credit in the player's account remains a property of the player and is guaranteed to be paid back to him or her. The credit gained as a promotion bonus or competition win can be withdrawn only by meeting of conditions of that promotion or competition.

In case of player’s death, his or her heirs or their authorized representative need present requisite documentation and the withdrawable credit shall be paid to them in accordance with the relevant inheritance laws.

8) Bonus Award and Use
Any award, use, and payment of bonuses gained outside a particular game can be regulated by additional rules listed upon the award of a given bonus. The casino reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion.

The total amount credit gained as bonus or competition win must be wagered twenty times before making any withdrawal of that credit.

Promotion and competition offers may not be used in combination with any other promotion currently offered by the casino.

9) Withdrawals

All withdrawals are subject to audit before being processed. The casino reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.

Audit fails in case that any abuse or attempt of fraudulent activity are discovered in relation to player's account.

Audit also fails if player provides information that is false, misleading, of otherwise potentially harmfull to the casino.

All fees and charges connected with the transfer of wins are paid by the player.

Player has responsibility for fulfilling any applicable taxes and fees in connection with his/her wins.

Gaming Rules

1) Gaming Freedom

A player is not in any form or manner forced to use the services of the casino. Gaming and the use of casino’s services is entirely his or her free choice.

2) Limitation on the Investment in an Active Game

Minimal permissible investment of credit in an active game is the amount needed for at least one minimal bet in that particular game.
Maximal permissible investment of credit in an active game is 10,000 credit units.

3) Cheating Prohibition

Players are prohibited from any modification of playing applications, any modification of gaming results, and any changes or attempts to change or trace the data shared between the gaming server and gaming applications. In case of any detection of such attempts, the casino’s operator reserves the right to annul the game in question. All credit used in a game in which such modification attempts were detected forfeits to the casino. If multiple attempts to engage in such a forbidden modification were detected, the casino reserves the right to cancel the relevant person’s playing account and ban him or her from any further access to the casino. In such case, all playing credit of the player’s account shall forfeit to the casino.
